IFM Restoration is searching for a jack of all trades contractor that MUST be able to perform roof patches and preferably have their own general liability and workers compensation of exemption. You submit your availability, we schedule your jobs based on it. All single-family rental properties. Pay is weekly. Looking for INDIVIDUALS-we need direct contact with technicians for photos and notes. *Please do not reply if you will not be doing the work or will be sending someone else to do it for you.
