Need a carpenter for a small project

I am looking for a carpenter who can help build me a record store-style rack for vinyl records. For example, when you go into a record store and are able to flip through records from front to back, this is what I want. I have plans acquired from the internet, however I do want to add in a third row, but for the most part it would be to the design. I have called around and have not gotten many bites on this, but it seems to me to be a pretty easy job, especially given that I have blueprints already in hand.
