Found cat with collar

I’ve been taking care of this cat for at least the past month or so. It has a collar on and won’t let me touch it but seems friendly, just scared. He showed up where I feed the local ferals and hasn’t left my yard since. My guess is that he is either a lost pet or was dumped. Posting this in case he’s missed by someone. Prove he’s yours by telling me the color of his collar.
