Experienced House Keeper - part time for a professional family

We are looking for a House Keeper - prior experience/references and background check required. We are a low key family looking for someone to come M-F for 4-6 hrs/day (8a - 12/2p) to clean the kitchen (dishes, counters, wipe down appliances, as needed), laundry (clothes, sheets, towels), keep the home organized, put toys away, spot clean chairs and couch), clean floors, bathrooms once a week and other various cleaning. Pay is DOE. For the right fit, we could add more hours. We are looking for someone who is kind, takes pride in detailed work, will not be on the phone, will ask questions/communicator, quick to learn and professional all around - we are professionals, working full time ourselves. We had our last cleaning lady for 6 years before we moved. We are also looking for an on call weekend cleaner - someone who can sometimes clean occasionally on a Saturday or Sunday, hours are flexible.
