church needs foster urgent as july 25h please help or a home

church is a beautiful grey stripe with pointed ears green eyes only 1 1/2 years old, he has been abandoned my god 2 times starving and homeless a lady taken him in but has him living in a concrete basement which he stays in and sleeps cool and no carpeting, cannot come upstairs due to the fact her 2 mean nasty dogs will kill it, now he needs out by july 25th as she will throw him out care so i made apt to have him neutered with rabies done as of 3rd week of july and picking up at 4 pm when done with paper work to show, was given flee medication, deworming, friendly can pet and knows his name, comes, sleep with you as he did her before her dogs acted up, he is a charmer friendly, can go outside and not leave likes laying in sun or porch an dalso indoor as he has been, great with small dogs friendly and also cats neutered spayed, kids ok with 6 up, needs foster for about a month or so longest till i find him a home or he is adopted, comes with 2 months supply of food given and liter to help, bowls, water, toys, cat bed, cans, show proof of neuter, please will anyone take him in if i transport bring to you directly would get their about 5-6 pm, or meet me with a carrier to take please ? he is no problem not at all more relaxed laid back quiet please. my number is i can be reached from 11 to 1, or email me with a name address location and telephone number cell to reach you please i will. looking for good people, responsible, own or buying only, or a highrise senior citizen apt where they live forever is ok as well, help church please as i am trying to do thank you
