If you see an ad for Tamaqua for women renters and the landlord contacts you and it's on Penn Street, PLEASE DO NOT GO. Live anywhere else BUT there. The landlord's name is Ajay Naranyan. If you look him up, he has NUMEROUS assault charges. He threatened me with a baseball bat and if I hadn't called the cops, I would be in the hospital. He is now terrorizing the other tenant who lives there. The man is DANGEROUS. The screenshot I have attached is how he ROUTINELY talks to tenants. He specifically wants women to move in so he can prey on them and abuse them. Please protect yourself. This man is going to seriously hurt or kill someone one day.
