Rescue racing pigeon

A racing pigeon showed up at my door. He’s banded. I contacted his owners and they aren’t claiming him. I have fed him. And kept him safe. I was told they can’t survive outside. Iam unable to keep him indoors. I would like to find someone to foster/adopt him. I really want this guy to live a good life. I’ve called every place I could think of but no one takes in pigeons anymore. He appears to be in good health. No visible signs of anything wrong with him. Please reach out if you know anyone who would be willing to take him in. I really appreciate you reading this :) my heart is way too big to not care about what happens to him. I can send pictures and videos upon request
