Possible German Shepherd Puppy

I have what I believe is a German Shepherd puppy. I am unsure of her age. She was dropped off. She was not taken care of at all. She was covered in fleas, which I was able to take care of. I also gave her a de-worming pill. She was not properly fed or watered. But she is doing better. She eats good and is very sweet. She needs someone that will have patience and lots of love to show her. She gets along with my dog good. But my landlord will not let me keep her. I am asking a small re homing fee just to cover the cost of the flea and worm treatments.
