We are looking for Quality vendors with hand on working experience in this sector for serving the Properties. **We have existing and upcoming work orders in and around PHILADELPHIA (Berks + Montgomery + Lebanon) (ZIP Code: 19128), Pennsylvania, for which we are mainly looking for vendors. However, we are also looking for vendors in the following Counties in PA as well for upcoming work orders: 1) ERIE 2) MONTGOMERY 3) BERKS 4) CHESTER 5) HUNTINGDON 6) LEBANON 7) BUCKS We are hiring experienced, professional, responsible, good with technology, able to follow directions, insured property preservation and REHAB vendors. We use PPW (Property Preservation Wizard) as the Processing Software. Potential vendors must have their own equipment to perform work which includes supplies such as Bank Coded Locks (Knob-locks, Deadbolts, Padlocks), Lock Boxes, Tarps, Anti-Freeze, Lawn Mowers, Lumber, etc. Main Types of Works to Be Done: - Grass Cut & Lawn Care ( Tree + Shrubs + Vines + Weeds + Sapling ) - Securing (Lock Change/Lock Set Change, Lock Box Change, Boarding) - Winterization (Antifreeze + Pressure Test + etc.) - Snow Removal - Roofing & Repairs - Debris Removal (Trash Out) - Mold Remediation - Maid Service (Janitorial) - Bid Request (Photo Taking/Inspection) Payment: We Pay Every Thursday.
