Leftist Punk/Folk Act Seeks Collaborators

I’m a 33 year old self-taught singer-guitar/bass player with a lot of mileage in the reguonal punk scene seeking some fellow lefties to put together something slightly less-cringey than the folk punk boom that seems to be enveloping the hip music scenes. I’d like to collaborate with some other musicians who are equally moved by Woody Guthrie, Utah Phillips, Billy Bragg, and the Little Red Songbook as they are by Rancid, Green Day, Hot Water Music and The Bouncing Souls. I’d love to come up with a covers set that blends crowd-pleasing favorites and timeless leftists anthems as well as up-tempo punk covers of pop songs while we work out some original material. Mostly interested in pulling togetner a diverse group of musicians and seeing what we come up with, but my wheelhouse is singing and rhythm guitar.
