Broadband Installations is looking for help all across the eastern coast of Iowa and surrounding areas. We provide 1099 contract positions installing and repairing residential cable services. If this year has left you without work, you are looking for a change, or just haven’t found the right hands on, fast paced job that you were looking for, then maybe a career in the Cable Industry is for you! What you need to start – Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card Required background test and drug screen Working and Legal Truck/Van/SUV with suitable ladder rack for a 28 ft. extension ladder. Boots with heel and without steel toe Jeans or brown work pants with no cargo pockets or holes General Contractors insurance (either previously owned policy or we can help you set one up) Working cell phone with reliable network (Android preferred but not limited too) What you need to know – Average current tech is making $1200 a week Positions available in the Quad Cities, Clinton, Dubuque and surrounding areas We work year round and do not have a down time We have on the job paid training We work in all weather conditions We work in basements/crawl spaces/attics We follow COVID-19 guidelines and wear required protective gear (supplied upon starting) We work Monday through Saturday and on holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) unless requests off are made.
