Deceased dog

I'm sorry to report that I saw a deceased dog on the side of the road while I was driving to work this morning. He/she was covered with a white blanket or towel. The back legs appeared to be black. He/she is on Fifth Street, west of Swan I believe, on the South side of the road. He/she had been placed near the sidewalk, right in front of a lineup of several parked cars. I'm so sorry for the loss of your pet. Please go get him/her as soon as possible.
