Property Preservation Help Needed in North East of Oklahoma Including Tulsa. MRS is looking for independent contractors. Contractors are responsible for their own insurance and Aspen grove. Contractor will be paid twice a month after the first month. Services include (not limited to): Grass & Tree Cuts/Property Maintenance Lock Changes/Securing Property Debris Removal/Full Trash Outs/Board ups/Repairing or Tarping roofs Winterizing/Plumbing/Drywall Evictions/Maid Services Snow Removal Subcontractor - Must have your own vehicle, trailer and smart phone to take pictures with PPW app. You also need your own tools such as locks, lawn mowing equipment, generator, and any other tools needed to completed work orders.
