To become a part of our team you must demonstrate the following qualities: Job Duties Required: -Spray metal roofs -Patch and repair drywall holes -Caulking -Operation of lift and monitoring and reacting to normal and abnormal scenarios -Assist with ensuring proper training of new employees -Appropriate use and maintenance of painting equipment -Willingness to work outside in all types of weather -Employee Skills Required: -Proven ability to work well and efficiently in a team environment -Exceptional ability to provide not only excellent results, but efficient ones -Proven ability to provide above and beyond Customer Service and satisfaction -Ability to solve problems and work well under pressure and time constraints Pre-Employment Requirements: -Valid drivers license with good record -Ability to pass motor vehicle report, drug screen, and background check -Prefer 1 year of experience in commercial painting -Paint Applicators is a participant in the Drug Free Work Place Program. All candidates will be required to take a -pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug testing during employment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, seasonal. Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
