Fulgurances, Laundromat is looking for a talented and experienced cook to work the line from Tuesday to Saturday, from 3pm to closing for the month of July. Fulgurances Laudromat, in Greenpoint Brooklyn, is the second location of our restaurant « Fulgurances, l’Adresse » in Paris, France. Like our Paris restaurant, « Fulgurances, Laundromat » is an incubator for young international chefs who’ve worked in some of the world’s most exciting kitchens. The current Fulgurances, Laundromat chef resident is Chilean Victoria Blamey (Gotham Bar & Grill, Chumley’s) fresh off her residency at Blue Hill Stone Barns.
