The Maintenance Technician candidate must be self-motivated, responsible, punctual, organized, with effective time management and communication skills. This position supports the physical repairs and maintenance of the two buildings located in Washington, MO. This position reports to the Foreman of JRG and Owner. Maintenance Summary of Duties: preform repairs adhering to all performance protocols and address emergencies as needed • Perform general building and grounds maintenance and preventative maintenance with high attention to detail • Regularly inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions • Propose, schedule and oversee contract work as needed * Ensures daily the equipment is in working condition, while providing status accordingly. • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned. Examples of Duties: Provide general maintenance with the use of basic hand, gas powered, and electric tools. Trade certifications not required.
