Help Spreading Gravel

Hi, I have 6.5 yards of gravel that was delivered to my house. I need some help spreading the gravel. It should be fairly easy as the gravel is going directly into xeriscaped plots that are a couple of feet from the sacks they were delivered in. I do have a steel rake and a shovel, but no wheelbarrow.
