We are a renewable energy company specialized in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of solar hybrid and off grid systems. Objectives: He / She is responsible for the operations. He / She is accountable for the overall job progression of residential and commercial operations. In which, the person has pivotal and strong decisions for plan reforming changes requested by the lead crew. Through the recommendations of the lead crew, she or he establishes in securing full operation of vans and company equipment. He / She proposes actions on the permitting process. He / She analyzes post install photos to secure proper installation and workable ability of the Solar PV system. Side by side with the lead crew, he or she ensures all crew members are satisfactorily trained in PV systems and all eccentric PV systems that will be applied. He / She schedules and follows up on site final inspections until a "PASS" is procured. He / She forwards all important documents to the engineer to acquire "engineer letter" before final building inspection. He / She must gain and develop flow of operations, and timeless installations. He / She is accountable for checking all materials needed to finish current and future jobs. He / She is accountable for inventory in the warehouse and guarantees PV and electrical components that are fully stocked and deemed for. He / She is accountable for resolving moral concerns within the team. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: He / She abets the planning team to make sure materials are acquired and contacts being done pre-install. He / She researches and develops new PV equipment. He / She retains the regular flow of jobs. He / She accepts authority in all manners in relation to residential installations. He / She enables quantity and quality of all gears. He / She is responsible for scheduling inspections. He / She makes sure that teams have everything they are required to finish a job. He / She inspects over plan sets for precision before forwarding to crew level. He / She guarantees moral and welfare of crew lead, and teams. He / She coaches, supports efficiency of crew lead and teams. He / She enables quantity and quality of all gears. Education and Certifications: He / She has HS diploma or GED He / She has certification in all types of equipment the company operates during installation. Skills and Capabilities: He / She has great skills towards supervision and leadership, liaise and be able to perform to the organization`s mission, vision, and principles. He / She has superb organizational skills-ability to prioritize work, perform multiple tasks and very keen to details. He / She specializes in Solar PV installation. He / She has profound mastery of AC/DC wiring He / She has profound mastery of electrical and building codes. He / She is adept in Microsoft office and other software related to the job. He / She specializes in all tools and equipment used to finish PV installation. He / She can organize and keep working relationships. He / She has outstanding verbal and written communication skills. He / She has excellent analytical skills and a problem solver. He / She is versatile and is willing to change directions. He / She is proactive and always ready to assist others. He / She can travel and has a valid driver`s license.
