This house is located in Knightdale - Amber Ridge subdivision. I have three projects below. You can contact me if you are interested in all three or only one of the three gigs. Project 1 & 2 - I will accept a handyman or someone that does this work as a side hustle but for project #3 I will only consider painting contractors (companies). Project #1 Looking for someone to power wash the house this is a small house only 1025 ft.² Project #2 Looking for someone to paint the porch rails Project #3 Looking for a company that can repaint the vinyl siding on this house. 1025 ft.² and the same color. For project 3 I will not reply back to anyone that's not an actual license contractor or painting company. So your reply should include where I can find your company online.
