URGENT - Need fixed wireless professional / guyed tower climber to assist in PTP link of ~90-120ft tower (climb, align and fine tune AirMax hardware) ----- NOTE - ARRIVAL TIME IS FLEXIBLE IF COMMUNICATED - Ideal arrival between 8am - 1pm Location is about 10 min north of McKinney - details provided via email. Looking for professional fixed wireless and guyed tower climber to assist in wrapping up a short PTP link using Ubiquiti AirMAX hardware. Hardware is already mounted, just needs alignment and fine tuning **MUST have all safety gear to climb a ~80-110ft guyed tower** *Must be familiar with fixed wireless* *MUST mention the phrase 'WRLD TOWER CL JOB' in email request to know that this was read. Texts/calls without doing this FIRST will be ignored.* Job is high pay for URGENCY of coming on site THURSDAY JULY 1ST between 8am and 3pm. Specifically, we need to fine tune and align Ubiquity hardware (Station with AP) on tower, using UISP app on iOS/Android and communicating with us at the other end (AP). The old MicroTik hardware had failed, we replaced but we only have one tower climber and need a second to speed up and align the link. Much more project documentation will be provided after contacting us and rate is negotiable due to time constraints and experience. All project documentation, pictures, drone survey shots/videos, etc. will be provided privately but included the main link we need assistance with attached viewable. After assignment we have a wealth of documentation already put together and prepped. ALL TRAVEL, GAS, AND RELATED EXPENSES WILL BE COVERED DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, PAY WILL RANGE FROM $95 / hr (for first 2 hours) and $65 /hr afterwards (IF YOU HAVE CERTIFICATION IN FIXED WIRELESS/UBUIQUITI UISP - THIS RATE WILL BE HIGHER).
