Description

Duties are to ensure the property is well maintained and including all common areas in a visually appealing and clean/safe condition. Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment is top priority. Trash removal/pick up, painting, pressure washing,moving furniture and doing janitorial tasks are all part of the job. REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent required; • Requires minimal experience in landscaping, general maintenance or handy work; plumbing or carpentry a plus; • Ability to lift 50 - 100 lbs following appropriate safety procedures; • Must be comfortable in and willing to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc); • Must be comfortable performing janitorial duties. * Must submit to a criminal background check and have an acceptable driving record.
