The neighbors found a young Doberman Pinscher male running up and down the road and when they called Humane Society the outcome was Bleak two say the least... problem 1. I already have a dog. 2 I live on someone else's property. 3 I'm a senior disabled vet I can't afford to dogs this size. 4 I need someone to step up take this dog to the vet and see what the doctor says.
