DECENTLY AND IN ORDER, LLC Job Type: Full-time positions available 40 + hrs. per week, days, evenings & weekends Location: Varying Jobsites throughout Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Shift: Monday – Saturday, Rotating Split Shifts (Includes Days, Evenings & Weekends) Other positions available: Floor Tech Trainee positions are available starting at $12.00 per hour. Decently and In Order, LLC delivers high-quality janitorial services to our clients, enhancing the beauty, efficiency, and cleanliness of facilities across the Greater Cincinnati area. We are looking for qualified, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to work as part of our team. Job sites are in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky areas. Desired Skills/Duties: A successful candidate must be highly motivated and a self-starter with an eye for detail cleaning. Candidate’s primary duties include but not limited to: • Candidate should have at least 3 years of floor tech experience: stripping and refinishing tile floors, carpet extracting, able to use buffers, high speed buffer, etc. Other primary duties: • Office & Commercial space cleaning • Limited above ground cleaning with a ladder up to 10 feet • Trash removal • After construction final cleaning experience preferred, but not required • Residential de-cluttering/cleaning • Heavy lifting with assistance Requirements for position: Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, present a clear Cincinnati & Hamilton County police background check. (Please be aware that if you have any felonies on your police record, Decently and in Order may not be able to hire you.) Candidate will receive along with salary, paid time off, insurance benefits, a mileage allowance, and company uniforms. Requirements for this position include but are not limited to: • At least 1 year of professional cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required • Should have at least 3 years of floor tech exp. unless applying for the Trainee position • Must be a flexible and hardworking team player, honest and dependable • Able to work independently without supervision and be able to follow supervisor’s directions when given • Current police background check • Must be able to pass a drug screen test • Must have reliable transportation, preferred • Valid driver’s license without restrictions • High School Diploma/GED Please submit a resume to: Email address supplied by Craig's List or visit the website www.DecentlyandinOrder.US, Application can be found in the Employment Opportunities tab and apply by completing an application.
