ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, Inc., located in Lebanon, Ohio (just North of Kings Island), produces the highest quality and most competitive brakes in the world. We manufacture disc brakes, electronic stability control units and electronic parking brakes for most of the world’s major auto makers. We currently have a need for full-time Production Operators on the following shifts. Heavy overtime is possible which includes a weekend rotation. Full-time, 5a-1:30p shift and 5p-1:30a shift Starting wage is $17.25 an hour with $1.00 shift differential with the ability for significant increases within the first 15 months and then the possibility for increases semi-annually after 15 months. New team members are eligible for a $1000 retention bonus that is paid out in two increments: $500 at 3-month anniversary, and $500 at 6-month anniversary.
