I am remodeling my home and I need someone to do odd jobs for me like painting, moving stuff, concrete, masonry, dry wall and stripping walls to install electrical and insulation, I will train. Right now I need someone to hold my new expensive door while I install it. There's allot more as jobs will come up as I go. I will pay the appropriate amount for the job and I consider $15 is minimum wage. I will pay $25 and hour to strip walls and $15 and hour to hold the door for me. We will discuss each job's value. Example: I am a collage trained restoration expert and I had 6 weeks of courses in painting. By comparison the hired help was paid $15 and because of my training I painted 8 times faster then the new first time painters that I hired so I recognize experience when I see it and I will pay appropriately and I will do everything I can to make you happy. I don't expect more than 10 hours a week but I am flexible. I would let you cut grass and things like that if you wanted more hours. No work on Hot days unless you want to get up at 6 or before. I lived in Las Vegas and we got up at 4am to be done by noon. Please text me only at the above number.
