MTS is now Porters and Hiring Maintenance Techs in the IE. We are a staffing service dedicated to only maintenance and porter staffing. Job is temp to hire after 90 days, and we offer temps assignments only. Job Responsibilities: Porter - Dust, Mopping, Sweeping, Spot cleaning, Glass and windows Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas Maintenance Tech- Repairing/unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Work Orders/Apartment Turns Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches.
