Our newest Distribution Center sits just off I65 and Countyline Road on the Southside of Indianapolis. We are one of the fastest growing Distribution Companies allowing us to offer some of the highest wages in the area, quarterly profit sharing bonuses, paid trips, etc etc. This is a career opportunity that could lead to future promotion into leadership and/or support functions. DUTIES: - standing on feet for up to 10 hours per day - lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs off and on throughout the day - everyone helps clean and organize and sweep etc - most everyone will help load and unload trucks/trailers as needed. this will be the primary job for many. - Attendance and positive attitude are the top 2 priorities. - No cell phones usage allowed on the clock and we only take one break in the middle of the day (one hour lunch) We do require a pre-employment background check. Shifts Available: - Wednesday to Saturday 7am to 6pm = $21.00 per hour - Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm = $21.00 per hour (heaviest lifting shift / Inbound) - Sunday to Wednesday 7am to 6pm = $21.00 per hour - Evening Shift that works 6pm to 3am = $22.25 per hour. - We have six additional Reach Truck Driver positions open on the evening shift for $24 per hour currently as well. Must have Stand up - Reach experience. We are paying a $200 Sign on bonus for these Reach Operators. Call 317.779.0707 for additional info.
