Partime on-site repair maintenance person/ couple for apartment building near Pasadena. Prefer teacher/grad student/ post doc. Must live onsite and sign lease agreement and pay rent every month. Perform handyman type repairs and Maintenance such as plumbing, lighting, cleaning, electrical, paint, patching, carpentry, gardening etc around the building. Also prepare and show vacant units. Ideal for teacher or grad student/postdoctoral student or couple who can work independently with minimal supervision. Approximately 25-30 hours per month or more paid hourly. Must live onsite in an apartment unit. Rent is separate and paid monthly. One year lease. No smoking/no pets. Please list your repair skills and work schedule in your reply.
