I NEED ADVICE PLEASE I purchased a vehicle from Martin Romero he assured me the vehicle was fine it ONLY needed $20 coils. I took the car to get the coils, come to find out its the motor, this car was rigged up to sale. I am a parent with a child that has a disease I busted my rear to get us a working car just to be ripped off. The car is at the shop I can't pay 5,000 for a motor so the car is trash. I live in the middle of nowhere with my kid and soon no job because I have no car. Can I take him to small claims court? I bought the car on a Saturday and it went straight to the shop where its been since I got it. The mechanic told me it was rigged to sale so this was intentional to rip someone off.
