Looking for a full time Maintenance Professional for a Condominium Association. 40 hrs per week with some approved overtime. We need a Jack of all trades! Experienced in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical minded person that is a detail oriented, high energy that exhibits strong commitment to his/her field. As a property representative, you would have a vital role in the community. Working alongside Property management and other staff. You would be responsible for overseeing the physical assets, cleanliness and maintenance of the property and all common areas including breezeways, Clubhouse, restrooms, fitness area, and pool areas. Basic duties include but not limited to: Responsible for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property. Gutter repairs, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry,. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Blowing with a back pack blower and pressure washing. Responsible for the upkeep and security of all property-issued tools. On a regular basis, must use independent judgment (following prescribed procedures) to determine actions to be taken, priorities, emergencies, etc. Report any issues seen to property management. Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability is a must. Maintenance experience is required. Ability to identify and correct most building/property maintenance issues independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Must represents the company and community in a professional and courteous manner. Searching for reliable person looking for full time job who has a reliable daily transportation and cell phone, can take instruction and can work independently with minimal supervision. Work Schedule: 830am-5pm, Monday-Friday (work schedules may vary). Some over-time may be required including "on-call" and/or rotating "on-call" responsibilities.
