We are hiring for a Property Maintenance Supervisor. This job is for someone who is ready to rollup their sleeves and get to work to make the 300+ apartment units run efficiently. Benefits offered. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee and ensure residential service requests are completed in a timely manner. • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. • Manages records of activity in the maintenance log. • Ensure that vacant apartments are ready for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems. • Maintain, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. • Manage maintenance staff to make sure they are working efficiently and completing work orders. • Assist Property manager with tenant issues and posting notices to residents doors. • Provide residents with outstanding customer service. • Preference for someone with 2 years of residential apartment experience. • Section 8 experience is a must. • Reliable transportation required • Willing to submit to a background check • The ability to safely lift 60 pounds Please Reply here or call 954-246-0276
