We're seeking a hardworking & reliable maintenance person to help clean and paint our properties in Manhattan & Brooklyn. We are looking for hardworking and reliable workers that have painting and general property maintenance/light construction experience. This is a full time position; Monday-Friday stating 9am daily, 8 hours + lunch. Paid vacation, Paid sick, Paid Holiday, Holiday Bonus, Health Insurance, etc. You must have a clean driving record with experience driving in NYC. Pay $55k Annually - paid hourly Please send resume.
