Maintenance Person/Building Maintenance Full Time Maintenance Person/ Building maintenance: Must have knowledge of general repairs in regards to heating, electric, plumbing, general carpentry, landscaping,painting, compound, sheetrock and all aspects of general building maintenance Must have own hand tools Must be neat, clean and detailed oriented. Bilingual is a plus but not required (Spanish/English ) Must read, write and comprehend English well Must have a clean driver's license. Can be on call in case of an emergency. Can be available, if necessary, on Saturdays Can be available for 1-2 hours overtime during the week if necessary Criminal background check and drug test mandatory!!
