Requirements: Background in Finish Carpentry / Cabinet Making / Commercial and Residential Millwork Proficient with all shop equipment and practices: panel saws, shaper, planer/jointer, edge bander, power hand tools. Ability to read and understand shop drawings, architectural blueprints, and renderings preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of calculations and measurements. Maintains strong knowledge of in-line assembly processes, systems, and tools. Communicate with other departments clearly about project status when elements are completed/passed into the next department. Required Professional Skills: Minimum 3 years working in a millwork setting Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality Works well in a team environment to achieve a common goal Excellent problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail Adheres to company safety guidelines Excellent team work, everyone in the company must respect the other.
