Anyone travelling to NC that could bring Hound from Brunswick County?

I'm a rescue person in NC and looking to foster a sweet young Hound that is stranded at the Brunswick County VA animal shelter. She needs out immediately. I am able to take her in and foster, but need transport from VA to NC. I'm in the Raleigh NC area. I am wondering if anyone is already travelling this way over the holiday weekend and would consider transporting? She is a smaller dog (approx 30-40 lbs) so should ride in the car just fine. Please respond if you can help. We are running out of time to get her before the holiday.
