Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining a clean and safe environment inside and outside the buildings. Performs minor maintenance and repair in areas of electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, patching, irrigation, painting, lighting, carpentry, other minor building repairs and cleanliness as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment. up to $14 DOE MUST ATTACH A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION!!
