Entry-Level Operations Support Assistants will work 8-hour shifts / 5 days per week. Candidates meeting the requirements below are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: • Working extra hours/longer shifts as needed • Daily vehicle management and monitoring vehicles health • Vehicle Dispatching • Customer Care managing incoming calls, clarify customer requirements, solve and escalate problems • Vehicle preparation to ensure it is ready for the next day’s mission o Inspect vehicles for damage and left behind items o Ensuring vehicles are cleaned between use o Exterior wash (if required) o Interior clean • Drive and park vehicles on-lot as needed • Fuel the vehicle, fill washer system, check fluid levels • Assist with scheduling and transporting vehicles for offsite services • Strong computer experience Shift Times: • 11:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday - Friday) • Must be available to work 5 days per week Retirees and veterans are welcome.
