Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The person filling this position is responsible for both minor maintenance jobs and regularly scheduled cleaning tasks. · Maintain a clean and safe environment inside/outside the buildings. ·Perform minor maintenance and repair in areas of electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, patching, irrigation, painting, lighting, carpentry, other minor building repairs and cleanliness as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job. Part Time M-F 7:30am to 2pm up to $16.00 DOE MUST ATTACH A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION!!
