Description

Responsibilities include general maintenance duties including, but not limited to: • Mopping outdoor entrance-ways, stairways, and halls to include spot mopping to remove spills and stains in hallways • Cleaning of ashtray urns, cobwebs, condo doors and stair rails • Clean compactor/recycle bin area • Check grounds for litter and report maintenance problems •Part-Time 20 hours a week/ Up to $15 DOE MUST ATTACH A RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION!!
