Description
-Set-up and teardown of the meeting and event rooms as outlined by the contracts through the company.
- Prepare room environment such as lighting, florals, decor, stage props and etc.
- Ensure that all decorations have been set properly according to the Event Manager on-site.
- Maintain venue rules and regulations when working on-site. Must be able to work confidently and alone.
- Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment such as centerpieces, stage props, decor, chairs, risers, dance floor, etc.
- Flexible hours - on call, evenings and weekends, holidays.

- Due to the numerous event locations reliable transportation is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8‐hours in length
