Release Your Inner Voice - Vocal Shout Therapy This is for folks who've been hold stuff in and don't have an outlet to "let it all out". Over a year in Pandemic with a cloth over our mouths. Shut in and shut down.... Who doesn't need to scream and shout (or bark like a dog and howl at the moon) a little? I think this offering is greatly needed today. Well...In this class we will be working on vocal release and primal scream methods to release deep tension that has beens stored within the body. Over time, lack of true expression and feelings can build up on the inside of our bodies and actually take on the form of physical and emotional distress and illness. My purpose here is that attendees will begin to experience a sense of ease and wellness within the body as they continue to do this work. Feeling free to scream, cry, shout, laugh... etc. This class is open for a maximum of 5 people due to space awareness during this pandemic season. we may also hold this class outdoors from time to time. You will be notified in advance of this class if that is to happen. MY MUSIC & PERFORMANCE ART In my performances whether working without music or using my computer to blast out beats or working with other musicians, I am using my voice to communicate with everything around me to create magick. This magick is to transform and heal the stories, bodies, minds and spirits of the people and things around me.  As an Improvisational Storyteller I craftily weave divination and vocal alchemy mastery into songs and spoken word to create a very eclectic mix of spellbinding vocals, groovy sounds and hypnotic beats that is very authentic and all my own.
