BOLO "Stolen" Kitten

Looking for my kitten taken from O'Reilly DC parking lot! He is approx. 8 weeks old, tri-colored, long-haired male. He is very small and looks super cuddly. He is very vocal so wherever he is, he will be meow-ing his head off. Background information: On 6/29, my sweet kitten hitched a ride with my husband under the hood of his truck. When my husband realized our baby had come along, he put the kitten in the bed of his truck, ran inside to get a box to put him in, and came back only for a worker to tell him that a white woman in a silver vehicle took the kitten home. He was taken from the O'Reilly distribution center parking lot. This morning (6/30) my husband inquired about the kitten to the lady as she was leaving work, she claimed she had taken him to "the Nashville pound". I have contacted MACC and WCAC (he is not at either), and registered him on PetHarbor. HE DOES HAVE A CHIP AS I WORK IN A VET CLINIC, so if it is scanned somewhere, they WILL alert me seeing as I have registered him as lost/stolen! I am beginning to think the lady lied about where my kitten is. If you see an adorable kitten that matches this description on any pages, please let me know. I tried to join several local FB groups yesterday, but membership is pending approval. I have no other options. I have photos proving that he is mine and will provide them if someone has him. My 3 daughters and his twin brother are worried sick about him. Kittens may be everywhere right now but we want our baby back. edit to add: Any postings would be a single male kitten (not a litter) done on 6/29 or later as he did not go missing until 6/29 AM, so obviously an earlier post/listing would not be him. He is happy and loved.
