Sketching and Nature Journaling - Trees Sketching and Nature Journaling Topic: Trees Date: Wednesday, August11, 2021 Time:  6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Where: Rogers Grove, 7220 Hover St. Longmont Instructors:  Deryn Davidson, Roberta Johnston and Sharon Bokan Cost:  Free Limited to 10 students Have you ever wanted to learn to sketch plants and nature? Do you want to document your trips into natural areas? In this class you will learn basic sketching and journaling techniques. You don’t have to be an artist to take this class. These classes will deepen your observation skills and document your nature adventures. Please bring the following items: o Your own sketchbook and any art supplies you would like to use. We will have some materials to share. o Wear appropriate clothing for the weather and sturdy footwear. o Water o A stool or portable chair, backpack or bag to carry your supplies o Binoculars (optional) o Field guide (optional)  Extension programs are available to all without discrimination.
