A casual gathering to network and learn more from our members about what they would like to see from the IDEA committee this year! The IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access) committee is hosting a summer happy hour open to ALL AFP members and guests! This will be our first in-person event of the year and we hope to see new and familiar faces.  This is a social happy hour event with the goal of reconnecting after time spent apart. If you have input about future IDEA topics or programs to cover, you can let one of our committee members know as we informally network! As a parting gift, you'll receive a handy guide with tips to plan inclusive events at your own organization.   When: Tuesday, July 20th, 5-7pm Where: Nocterra Brewing Co., 41 Depot Street, Powell, OH 43065 Cost: Free to attend; beverages and food not included. Please register in advance to ensure we have enough space reserved About the space: Picnic tables reserved in a large outdoor area with plenty of room to social distance. Additional details: We encourage guests to follow CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19. Masks will be available to those who prefer to wear them. We will also be using a wristband system to let others know your comfort level with social distancing: Green wristband - Open to a hug and/or regular social interactions Yellow wristband - Say hello with an elbow bump, yet prefer to be socially distanced Red wristband - Prefer no contact and happy to remain socially distanced Please Register by Noon on Friday, July 16. Hope to see you - and any colleagues you'd like to invite - there!
