Minimal Sound Bath and Meditation in a Luminous Environment Spaced 6' apart. Relax to crystal singing bowls and guided meditation Meditation and Sound Bath: Join us in a luminous environment for mindfulness meditation followed by a sound bath. The vibrations of the crystal singing bowls will calm the nervous system and leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. This unique session combines guided meditation and a healing sound bath in a beautiful and calm setting. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and be seated. A chair or cushion is provided. No experience is necessary. We will provide a way to be with others in a safe environment. It's a great way to find deep relaxation and de-stress. There is nothing you need to "know" and there is nothing for you to be "good at" or "bad at". We are equals. We are humans. There are no experts, just beginners. Face mask not required if you are fully vaccinated. Selfspace is a meditation studio and humble sanctuary where you can feel supported and safe with your meditation practice. We provide a creative simple setting with cushions, chairs, or meditation pods and meditation guides. We exist to so that people of all ages and backgrounds can come together and sit together with no pretenses or expectations. Just sitting. We offer the space, people and techniques to practice meditation with others and welcome all traditions, races, creeds, and non-creeds. An inviting atmosphere for learning and practicing. Group meditation can help to grow or sustain your current practice, such as a yoga practice, sangha practice, or meditation app. Our secular mindful meditation sessions and sound baths all have a guide and can be attended regularly or on a drop-in basis. Does meditation help you have a mental shift? Perhaps. We do know that meditating with others is powerful.
