Join Virginia social studies teachers on a highly interactive tour of the Frontier Culture Museum and happy hour in downtown Staunton! VCSS is partnering with the Frontier Culture Museum to bring you a discounted, interactive tour of one of Virginia's most exciting historic sites. We'll tour the Frontier Culture Museum with interpretive staff from 1:00-4:00 PM and engage in hands-on activities that will have you feeling like a Virginia settler in no time! Be sure to bring sunscreen, water, and wear comfortable clothing. Best yet, each teacher who registers with us on Eventbrite can bring an additional four family members to tour the Museum for free! Just send us an email after registering to let us know the total number in your party and if you plan to join us for the post-tour happy hour event. After our visit to the Frontier Culture Museum, we will adjourn to Redbeard Brewery in Staunton's historic Wharf District for happy hour.
