Edwardsville Area Band Looking for a Keyboard Player/Background Vocals

Our keyboardist is unfortunately moving out of town in October and we need to find a replacement. We have gigs booked every month through December and are hoping to transition to a new keyboard player as soon as possible. About our band: • Based in the Edwardsville area. • Five piece : guitar, bass, keyboard, drums and female vocalist. (ages mid-thirties through early sixties) • Genre is primarily 70s with some funk, country, and other surprises. • Averaging 3 to 5 bookings per month in the Edwardsville, Alton, Grafton, and surrounding areas. • Have a PA system, practice space, lights, promotion material,… • Practice once a week. What we are looking for: • A keyboard player with experience playing classic music from the 70s and other eras/genres. • Background vocals. • Willing to play 3 to 5 times per month (on average). • Willing to practice once a week. • No drama or egos please. We are all mature folks that enjoy each other’s company and playing music together. It’s about having fun while playing out in local establishments.
