Here at Webfoot Painting, the hunt is on for a Seriously Great Carpentry Crew Leader to help our teams succeed as a national leader in the painting & home improvement industry. Throughout the year, our teams build new decks, install interior trim, replace siding, repair decks and railings, build custom built-ins of all sorts, and do a variety of building repairs. This role will be responsible for managing project schedules efficiently, coordinating and running jobs effectively, and leading a small team to execute tasks and duties successfully. Serious Pay and Benefits: Compensation will be performance driven at $27 - $30 per hour. We are currently offering a conditional hiring bonus for those hired between April - September 1, 2021! 1 year of verifiable carpentry experience will get you a $500 hiring bonus! 2-4 years of verifiable carpentry experience will get you a $1,000 hiring bonus! 4 or more years of verifiable carpentry experience will get you a $1,500 hiring bonus! Minimum Requirements: • Must have 3 years verifiable carpentry experience • Must have 2 years verifiable crew leader/supervisory experience • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must be customer service oriented • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal • Must be excited to learn and grow with us as we expand into new markets Apply today!!!
