**Update** Max is still missing. A possible sighting in the Melvin Spring area (from the day he went missing 6/24) was reported to us and the area was searched with no luck. We would like to thank all those for sharing, interacting and keeping word about Max out there We are still hopeful that he is safe and will come home **Missing** Max, our Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix went missing Thursday afternoon 6/24 from a camp site outside of Sisters, Oregon. Max is friendly, though timid of men and can be reactive when encountering aggressive/overly excited dogs. He was last seen wearing a brown/black collar with Tags (Black metal tag with his name/our contact number and several other misc. vaccination/vet tags) he is also microchipped The camp site is in the Deschutes National Forest, within a few miles of the Whychus Creek Overlook Trail Head. about mile marker 8 Searches of the area have been unsuccessful and we are hoping he went home with a Good Samaritan. If you have seen him please contact us or if you know someone who has spent time in that area recently please share this with them.
