Join me for a night of Cheese Making This one of the favorites of Soule'! We will be making Farmers Cheese (or) Basket Cheese. with Rosemary, Honey and Lemon Zest Fresh Ricotta and we will learn how to pull Mozzarella Curd and then we will make Mozzarella Pinwheel from Di Parma Prosciutto, Figs and basil. We are now able to dine in. After making our cheese, we will sit down and enjoy Crostinis, Olives, Berries, Tomato and an assortment of vinegar's and oils a long with the cheeses we just made.
